Let's Zumba!

Zumba is a Latin dance-inspired fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in Colombia during the 1990's.

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements and its choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, mambo, salsa, merengue, chachacha, tango, soca, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. It is a great way to exercise while having fun.
